February 2026
Lunar New Year
February is the heart of the Lunar New Year season in Hong Kong. The city erupts with fireworks over Victoria Harbour, night parades in Tsim Sha Tsui, and vibrant flower markets. The Lantern Festival closes the celebrations with glowing displays and sweet tangyuan treats. Weather remains cool (15–19°C), making it ideal for temple visits, family gatherings, and cultural performances. Book early—this is one of the busiest and most colourful months of the year.
