Highlights

"RunAround Be a FLOWer 2026" is a sporting event designed for runners seeking the ultimate athletic experience. The "Flow" concept represents a state of complete immersion and total focus, defining participants as "FLOWers." Continuing the legacy of the previous "run with the FLOW," this year’s event encourages runners to discover deep satisfaction and let their passion shine from the inside out.

Program

Held at the Hong Kong Science Park, the event offers various race categories to accommodate runners of all levels:

• 10km Competitive: 120-minute time limit. Includes individual categories by age (19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & over) and a team category (groups of 12, top 10 finishers combined, including at least 3 female runners).
• Women’s 5km: 60-minute time limit. This is the first-ever women-only race track in the history of RunAround, featuring various age groups.
• Fun 3km: 45-minute time limit. Open to the public and families. The family category operates on a "one price for two" basis (parent aged 20+ and child aged 15 & under). Note: Souvenirs and T-shirts are provided as one set for the family entry, but two sets of bibs and medals are included.

Venue & Access

The event will take place at 8-12 Science Park West Avenue, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong. The venue offers expansive green spaces and high-quality running paths, providing an excellent setting for athletic competition.
