As a premier business platform for the food and beverage industry in Asia, the Food Expo Trade aims to reinforce Hong Kong's role as a global trade hub. A major highlight this year is the debut of the "Meat Zone," specifically designed to meet the growing market demand for high-quality chilled, frozen, and processed meat products, offering a precise matching platform for exhibitors and buyers.

The exhibition will cover several key industry focuses, including:

• Meat Zone: Bringing together international quality meat suppliers and value-added solutions.
• Halal Food Showcase: Continuing the momentum from 2024, featuring a wide range of halal-certified products and industry standard discussions.
• Food Science and Technology: Focusing on alternative foods, future foods, and innovation, exploring new technologies to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Coffee Zone: Showcasing coffee beans, equipment, and machinery, complemented by sharing sessions and demonstrations.

• August 15: Open to both public and trade buyers
• Admission Perks: Ticket holders gain access to the concurrent "Food Expo," "Hong Kong International Tea Fair," "Home Delights Expo," and "Beauty & Wellness Expo."

Venue & Access

The event is held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai. Visitors are advised to take the MTR to Wan Chai or Exhibition Centre station and walk to the venue.
