Overview
Oxfam Trailwalker 2026, Hong Kong's premier hiking fundraising event, is scheduled for November 20–22, 2026. This challenge not only tests the physical and mental limits of participants but also rallies the community to contribute to global poverty alleviation efforts. Since 1986, the event has engaged over 100,000 participants and raised more than HK$600 million to support the vision of a world without poverty.
Event Details
Teams of four are challenged to complete the 100km MacLehose Trail and connecting routes within 48 hours. In addition to the classic 100km course, this year features a new 20km route, allowing a wider range of outdoor enthusiasts to participate, enjoy the hike, and support the charitable cause.
Registration
Online registration opens on May 6. Interested teams are encouraged to visit the official Oxfam Trailwalker website at oxfamtrailwalker.org.hk for the latest registration guidelines and fundraising requirements.
Venue & Access
The race begins at Pak Tam Chung, Sai Kung. Participants are advised to utilize official transport arrangements or plan their travel to Sai Kung via public transportation in advance.
