Hong Kong Film Stunt Training Course 2026

Highlights

Organized by the Hong Kong Stuntman Association and supported by the Film Development Fund of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency, this course aims to cultivate a new generation of stunt talent. The 12-week intensive program offers systematic training including physical fitness, film stunt techniques, wire-work, firearms, pyrotechnics, automotive stunts, and underwater filming, balancing theory and practice. Participants who successfully complete the course and graduate assessment will receive a certificate and have the opportunity to be arranged for internships.

Program

The 2026 Hong Kong Film Stunt Training Course is dedicated to inheriting the traditions of Hong Kong action cinema. In addition to professional core modules, the program features two 'Masterclasses,' inviting senior industry veterans to exchange insights and share practical experience with trainees. The curriculum also includes simulated shooting sessions, allowing students to experience the authentic film production process.

Eligibility

• Age: 18-35 (All genders welcome)
• Good physical health, capable of enduring high-intensity training
• Experience in martial arts, gymnastics, dance, or tumbling is an advantage
• Prior experience in film and television production is preferred

• Course Fee: HK$6,000
• Incentive: A HK$4,000 tuition rebate is available upon successful completion and assessment
