Program Overview
"Paper Cutting & Zen - Ode to Parental Love" is a unique four-session workshop that blends traditional Eastern craftsmanship with modern mindfulness practices. In this workshop, participants will learn to set aside the hustle and bustle of daily life, focusing on the intricate art of paper cutting as paper transforms from simple sheets into elaborate, meaningful works. Paper cutting serves not only as an art form but as a form of "Zen" meditation; every precise cut is a practice of clearing the mind and refining one's internal state. This session provides a gentle yet profound space for "gratitude," allowing participants to express their deepest appreciation for their loved ones through their creations.
