Overview

Led by Kyo, the lead vocalist of DIR EN GREY, the experimental rock band sukekiyo was formed in 2013. The name "sukekiyo" represents an "undefined entity," mirroring their unpredictable and indescribable musical style. Their sound weaves together elements of Darkwave, heavy metal, and subtle Japanese melodies, creating a unique, dark, and distorted worldview characterized by extreme visual aesthetics and intense auditory experiences.

Since their inception, sukekiyo has centered around Kyo, with a lineup featuring guitarist/pianist Takumi, guitarist Uta, bassist Yuchi, and drummer Mika. With their cutting-edge creative energy, the five-piece unit has released over 24 musical and video works to date. This summer, the band is embarking on a new tour covering Taiwan, Japan, and Hong Kong. This concert marks their fifth visit to Hong Kong, where fans can expect live performances of their latest work, .
