Overview
The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil) is pleased to bring the "Swire Community Concert: The Hero's Saga" to local audiences. The program showcases the operatic genius of Richard Wagner, featuring the dramatic and intense Prelude to Act III of "Lohengrin," as well as the lyrical Prelude to Act I of "Lohengrin" and the emotionally profound Prelude to "Tristan and Isolde." Following these, the concert transitions to the cinematic brilliance of John Williams with the "Star Wars" Suite. These legendary themes, capturing tales of galactic heroes, are sure to captivate audiences of all ages.
