Grammy Award-winning violinist and 'Instrumentalist of the Year' Augustin Hadelich makes a highly anticipated return to Hong Kong for a virtuosic performance at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall. Having famously recorded all 24 Caprices by Paganini, Hadelich brings unmatched technical authority and musical insight to Paganini’s challenging Violin Concerto No. 4. Under the baton of conductor Gonçalo Gonzalez-Montras, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra will also present Rachmaninov’s Symphony No. 3, a work of profound emotional depth and orchestral brilliance.

Program

The concert features a diverse and captivating selection of orchestral works:

• John Williams: Olympic Fanfare and Theme
• Paganini: Violin Concerto No. 4 in D minor
• Rachmaninov: Symphony No. 3 in A minor, op. 44

The performance runs for approximately 2 hours, including an interval, and is suitable for audiences aged 6 and above.
