"Brush & Ink Adventure" is an immersive theatrical experience that seamlessly blends millennium-old ink art with modern creative technology. Led by esteemed calligraphy and ink master Dr. Tsui Pui-chee, alongside professional actors and musicians, this event offers more than just a performance—it is a feast of aesthetics, rhythm, and physical movement. Specially designed for families, it encourages children to explore within the theater, fostering focus and an appreciation for Eastern culture through interactive installations and dynamic artistic expression.

Program Introduction

Centered on the concept of "playing with ink," this production breaks the boundaries of traditional static viewing. Children will use various interactive devices to perceive the energy and life force of ink through their own movements. The creative team masterfully utilizes songs, dances, and art-tech devices to guide the audience into a whimsical world of ink, breathing new life into ancient calligraphy and painting. Each participant will receive a unique "Play + Learn" kit, including traditional Four Treasures of the Study and an original comic book by Hong Kong artist Lai Tat-tat-wing, extending the creative fun beyond the stage.

Venue & Access

The event will take place at the Yuen Long Theatre Auditorium. As the venue is easily accessible via public transport, we recommend attendees plan their journey in advance and arrive early for check-in.

Please register and purchase tickets via the Zuni Icosahedron online ticketing platform. In addition to the performance, each participant will receive extensive home-learning resources to ensure the artistic journey continues well after the event concludes.
