"Deep Relaxation: Singing Bowl Sound Bath" is more than an auditory experience; it is a ritual for purifying the mind and body. The unique resonance of the singing bowls helps accelerate blood circulation, alleviate headaches, and improve sleep quality. This 50-minute session, led by instructor "Tian Lan," allows you to release daily tension. Additionally, the event includes a hands-on session where participants can explore basic striking and rubbing techniques, learning how to use the singing bowls to relieve physical pain.
