The art of calligraphy emphasizes "finding stillness in motion." Through each brushstroke, participants will train their focus and patience. The curriculum includes:

• Basic Calligraphy Techniques: Fundamentals such as dots, horizontal lines, vertical lines, and slashes, taught in a progressive manner to master the rhythm of writing.
• Mindful Writing: How to experience the fragrance of ink and regulate breathing through the writing process to achieve a state of deep inner calm.
• Practical Knowledge: Instruction on the proper selection, maintenance, and handling of Chinese brushes to extend the life of your tools.
