Highlights
Guided by tactile artist Lo King-chi, this workshop invites children aged 8 to 12 to step outside the constraints of visual perception and explore the world through texture, shape, and form. Participants will create unique 3D artworks, fostering self-confidence and creativity in the process. The program includes a mini-exhibition where children can present their works, which will also be featured in a public exhibition at the Hong Kong Arts Centre.
Program
"Touching Art" is more than an art activity; it is a sensory exploration journey. Under the guidance of Lo King-chi, children will learn to perceive the world through non-visual senses, using their hands as tools to translate abstract inspiration into tangible art. This space is designed to help artistic seeds sprout at their fingertips.
