Highlights
Bach's keyboard works offer a profound contrast in emotion and aesthetics. The French Suites, representing his mature style, exemplify elegant and refined artistry, while the Toccata series brims with the adventurous vitality and experimental spirit of his earlier years. Pianist Teddy Hung presents a unique programme that interweaves these contrasting styles, creating a dialogue reminiscent of 'Beauty and the Beast'—a conversation between the aristocrat and the wild—inviting the audience to deeply explore the diverse facets of Bach's musical world.
