Highlights
Life is often like a game of chess, where every move requires careful deliberation and strategic choice. "Discover Childlike Chess Creation ~ Expressive Arts Experience" offers a creative sanctuary designed specifically for adults. You do not need any prior artistic talent or chess skills to participate. By using the metaphor of "chess," this workshop guides you to step away from the rigid frameworks of success and failure, inviting you to explore your inner landscape.
Program Details
In this unique session, participants will be guided by expressive arts therapist "Tian Lan" to set aside the noise of daily life. Through non-verbal expressive media—including colors, body movement, and creative materials—you will have the chance to reconnect with the curious and innocent "inner child" within you. Here, the chessboard is transformed from a battleground into a medium for deep self-dialogue, helping you find healing and inspiration through the creative process.
