Psychology and Mental Health Expo 2026 @ AIRSIDE

Overview

This summer, the Hong Kong Innovative Psychology Society is partnering with over 30 local organizations to present the "Psychology and Mental Health Expo 2026" at AIRSIDE. Centered around the theme of the "Mental Health Village," this event aims to dismantle common misconceptions about mental well-being and transform abstract psychological concepts into tangible, daily life experiences. We invite every visitor to redefine the connection between the mind and life, discovering that mental health is not out of reach but rather the foundation of our inner world.

Highlights

The exhibition features several immersive zones designed to guide visitors through a deep journey of self-discovery:

• Emotional Post Office: A space to express and release your "fleeting thoughts" and emotions through the power of writing.
• Life Railway Station: Explore the various crossroads and choices of life, contemplating the evolution of your state of mind.
• Psychology Record Store: Engage in inner dialogue through auditory experiences and listen to your true self.
• Interactive Tech Zone: Experience the latest technological advancements from the society's "Flower Project," providing an intuitive way to understand innovative mental health services.

Beyond these zones, the event includes a variety of workshops, curated markets, and game booths, offering the public an engaging way to connect with mental health information and enhance self-care awareness.

Venue & Access

The event will be held on the 3rd and 4th floors of AIRSIDE in Kai Tak. As a landmark shopping mall, AIRSIDE is easily accessible. Visitors can take the MTR to Kai Tak Station and use the connected footbridge to reach the venue directly. It is a perfect destination to visit with friends and family this summer.
