In a very short time, the platform became one of the world's highest-valued financial institutions due to immense market hype. However, as global shocks such as elections, pandemics, and wars hit the market, those once-massive profits turned into endless debt overnight. The market craved the next Warren Buffett, but instead, it got a modern-day Madoff.
