The "Kowloon East Summer Run," co-hosted by TKO Dash Squad and MBees, is an engaging running event that combines fitness with an exploration of Kowloon East. Participants will start at the J-PARK in Tseung Kwan O and tackle a 16km route, taking in the unique urban and natural landscapes of the area.
Route Highlights
The course is designed to take runners through various scenic and historic landmarks in Kowloon East:

- Route: Wah Wing Building → Lei Yue Mun Mural Village → Tin Hau Temple → Lei Yue Mun Quarry → Cha Kwo Ling Pet Park → Kwun Tong Promenade (includes a retreat point) → Kai Tak Bridge → Kai Hong 1331 → Kai Tak Bridge
- Finish: Zero Carbon Building (ZCB)
Spanning from Tseung Kwan O to Kai Tak, this route allows runners to challenge their endurance while experiencing the cultural charm of the Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay districts.
