About the Workshop
In observance of World Alzheimer's Month, the New Territories West Cluster presents the "Caregiver's Soul 'Passport'" workshop series, specifically designed to provide emotional and psychological support to those caring for individuals with dementia. Through a medical-social collaborative approach, this program prioritizes not only the needs of the patients but also the mental well-being of the caregivers, helping them manage stress and develop essential self-care practices.
