Program
Golden Blood
Adapted from the award-winning work by Singaporean-Australian playwright Merlynn Tong, this production is helmed by local playwright Chow Pui-kwan. Set against the backdrop of 1990s Hong Kong, the play dives into the complex relationship of an orphaned pair of siblings fighting for survival on the fringes of society, questioning whether blood is truly thicker than water in a world obsessed with materialism.
- Cast & Crew: Directed by Chu Kai-hin; performed by Ng Pui-lam, Yuen On-ting, and Chung Yik-chun.
- Dates: September 26-27, 2026 (7:45 PM).
- Notes: Performed in Cantonese with Chinese and English surtitles. An artist talk is scheduled for September 27.
Platform to Santiago Dream
An original play written by Hong Kong artist Kwok Chui-yi. This non-linear, poetic work revolves around a train station platform, where memory and reality blur as a man, a woman, and an old man encounter one another across fragmented moments of time.
- Cast & Crew: Directed by Li Wing-lui; performed by Xing Hao, Tse Bing-ying, Law Ching-sum, Lai Yat-ching, and Yuen Chi-hung (Uncle Hung).
- Dates: October 1, 2026 (2:00 PM) and October 2, 2026 (7:45 PM).
- Notes: Performed in English with Chinese and English surtitles. An artist talk is scheduled for October 2.
