Program Introduction

Organized by "Mindful Living" (靜心生活), this Mandala Dot Painting Workshop aims to guide participants into a deep state of meditation through artistic creation. Every dot and every circle represents a reflection of your inner self, showcasing your unique personal style. As you focus on the interaction between the brush and the plate, you will naturally calm your mind and enter a state of "flow." This process helps relieve daily stress and provides a precious moment of tranquility. You do not need any previous painting experience to participate; beginners are more than welcome to create their own stunning artwork.

Performers

The workshop is led by the professional instructor "Tian Lan" (天藍). She will gently guide you in using simple tools to unlock your creativity, ensuring that every participant can successfully complete their own unique mandala plate. Whether you are an art novice or an urbanite looking for relaxation, this activity is perfectly suited for you.

Venue & Access

The event is held at Unit 12, 4/F, Block A, Tung Tak Industrial Building, 2-4 Sheung Hei Street, San Po Kong. Participants are advised to check transport routes in advance and arrive on time to enjoy a complete, uninterrupted experience.
