In this performance, John Lee reflects on his artistic trajectory, blending his background in contemporary dance, music theater, and his deep specialization in the frame drum.

The Artist's Vision

John Lee's approach to music is deeply personal and largely self-taught. Having moved through various creative disciplines—from piano to dance—he found his calling in the resonant vibrations of the frame drum. Through his online presence at Instagram: @johnleeframedrum1, he shares his belief that life is like a bee collecting nectar—the process is the pursuit of self-completion, and the final 'honey' is meant for the world to share, not just for the creator.
