Highlights
The 'LIVE4WELL Hong Kong Spirit Charity Run 2026' is more than just a sports event; it is a significant milestone celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Hong Kong Spirit Charity Sports Association. Under the theme 'Unlocking Potential with Ten Years of Steps,' the event is dedicated to fundraising for children and youth with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to support their long-term growth.
Program
The event features a variety of categories, including 10km, 3km, and 1km family runs, catering to participants of all ages and abilities. A unique aspect of the event is the transformation of the race track into a 'mobile inclusive art gallery.' The race bibs are designed with award-winning artwork by Mandy, a SEN athlete living with a rare disease, showcasing the creativity and resilience of SEN youth and turning the run into a celebration of inclusive culture.
Performers
Renowned running coach Wu Fai-yeung will lead a star-studded group of guests in the 10km race. Participants can expect to run alongside celebrities and athletes, including Sisley Choi, Aiko Hamaguchi, Yanni, and Natty, as they advocate for inclusion through sport.
Venue & Access
The run will take place at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal (33 Shing Fung Road, Kowloon), an iconic and spacious venue for such an event. Participants are encouraged to plan their transportation ahead of time and check the official event page for the latest traffic updates.
Ticketing
Registration is now open. Every entry fee includes a HK$100 donation to directly support the growth and development of SEN students and underprivileged groups. Early bird options are available. Please visit Run2Gather for more details and to register.
