Highlights
The "CHILL Bread Festival 2026" is the ultimate summer finale at New Town Plaza, Sha Tin. Spanning nearly 6,000 square feet across the L1 Roman Amphitheatre, East Wing, and L3 of the mall, this event brings together over 30 featured bakery brands offering more than 300 varieties of baked goods. It is a true carb-lover’s paradise where you can indulge in the finest baked treats to wrap up your summer.
Program
The festival features an impressive lineup of renowned bakeries, including "Kadorar Bakery," the nostalgia-focused "Hayate" (喜承烘焙), and the acclaimed "Manteigaria," famous for its top-tier egg tarts. Several brands are creating exclusive, festival-only flavors. Adding to the excitement, celebrated Taiwanese master bakers Xu Jiaqi, Huang Yuxiang, and Wu Jiefu will be present as guest store managers to share their baking philosophy and the craftsmanship behind their best-selling products.
Photo Zones & Pet-Friendly Fun
The venue is transformed with giant bagel installations, bread-themed benches, and adorable anthropomorphic bread sculptures perfect for social media photos. For the first time, the festival introduces a "Pet Bakery Photo Zone," welcoming pet owners to bring their furry friends. Pets can put on tiny baker aprons and sit on miniature bread-shaped stools for a unique photo opportunity, making the experience memorable for both visitors and their pets.
Ticketing
Admission to the bread festival is free. For an enhanced experience, a "Carb & Water" CP Pass is available for HK$98, offering benefits worth up to HK$340 in total value. Early bird passes are available from now until August 27. The first 300 purchasers will receive a limited-edition "Chill Stress-Relief Bread Toy."
