This cross-disciplinary feast is not just an audiovisual fusion but a profound exploration of destiny and technology.

Program

Spanning a millennium, the story connects the ancient Xixia kingdom to modern-day Lianggang. It follows the star-crossed lovers—Prince Jin Wumian of Xixia and Princess Biyue of the Liang Kingdom—who drank poison to pledge their love in the afterlife after being torn apart by political conspiracies. A thousand years later, the bond is rekindled when AI scientist Nox and Cantonese opera singer Guan Yueying meet. To break their fated cycle, they intertwine their dreams and reality, reconstructing their tragic legend through opera while navigating modern-day corporate betrayals and jealousy.

With an exceptional creative team led by producer Eddie Tam, screenwriter Ivy Tse, and music director Lora Chow, the production promises a visually and aurally captivating experience.

Performances will be held at the New East Kowloon Cultural Centre Theatre (60 Ngau Tau Kok Rd, Kowloon). Visitors can reach the venue via MTR Kowloon Bay Station with a short transit or walk.
