Highlights
This is a unique experience that combines photography with Zen practice. Venerable Chang Lin guides participants to practice "Pause Breathe," encouraging everyone to slow down, let go of their obsession with equipment and composition, and discover unique beauty and subjects in ordinary or seemingly dilapidated corners through mobile phone photography.
Program
Photography stems from life; with an attentive heart, there are subjects everywhere. Through this "Zen Photography" workshop, Venerable Chang Lin will guide participants to let go of fixed aesthetic perspectives and re-examine the environment with a meditative mindset. Whether it is an ordinary street corner or subtle details in nature, every element can become a reflection of the soul. This is not just a photography lesson, but a spiritual practice conducted through imagery.
