THE SOUTHSIDE, the premier lifestyle landmark in the Southern District, transforms into an eerie yet humorous 'toy paradise' throughout October 2026 with 'THE TOYrifying SOUTHSIDE.' This event brilliantly blends toy culture with Halloween themes, featuring six immersive photo installations scattered across the mall floors, inviting visitors to explore the mysterious world of haunted toys.

Program

Explore surprises across multiple levels, from LG to L3:

• LG Atrium: A massive purple and orange 'Eyeballing' bear greets visitors with oversized, spooky eyes, serving as the gateway to the toy wonderland.
• LG Outdoor Plaza: A 4-meter-tall giant 'Toyrifying' box installation provides the perfect backdrop for immersive photos.
• GF Level: Meet three dark characters: the 'Button Doll,' the 'Mecha-Human,' and the 'Stitch Baby,' all ready for interaction.
• L1–L3 Levels: Discover themed scenes including eerie wooden huts, broken blind boxes, and the 'Trojan Horse of Doom' rocking horse, creating a chilling atmosphere of mutated toys.

Celebrate the festivities with two special free parties at the mall:

Cantonese Pop Halloween Night 2026

• Date: 24 October 2026 (Saturday)
• Time: 18:00 – 22:00
• Location: THE SOUTHSIDE LG Outdoor Plaza & Atrium
• Details: 18:00–19:00 Live performance by The Flame band, followed by a Cantonese Pop DJ Party from 19:00–22:00.

Asian Wave Halloween Night 2026
