Highlights

The Wai collaborates with local creative studio 'Tonypork' to bring Hong Kong's urban legends to life, creating a unique Halloween experience that balances creepiness with fun. The event features fifty distinct Hong Kong spirits and ghosts, spread across five immersive, themed photo zones designed to transport visitors into the world of urban folklore.

Program

Upon entering the L2 Atrium, visitors are greeted by a massive 5.5-meter-tall Fox Spirit statue, an imposing centerpiece. The space also features iconic urban legend characters, including the Braid Girl, the Lotus Pond female ghost, and the Aberdeen White Tiger, creating atmospheric photo opportunities.

Moving to the L4 Event Space, the installation recreates the haunted scenes of 'Station No. 7' and the notorious 'Tat Tak School.' Visitors will experience an adrenaline-pumping atmosphere through haunting sound effects, creepy TV sets, eerie school uniforms hanging from trees, and mysterious windows.

In the L2 Outdoor Garden, guests can witness the 'Blue Field Water Monster vs. Rainbow Dragon' light installation, depicting a fantastical battle. The L4 Outdoor Garden, inspired by the Botanical Gardens' stone beasts, features dreamlike fog effects during weekends. Finally, the L5 Event Space recreates a classic cinema, offering a nostalgic trip through time.

Additionally, from October 5, visitors can participate in the 'Hong Kong Ghost Stories' MTR Mobile Badge Collection campaign. Collecting 15 exclusive badges throughout the venue allows visitors to redeem limited-edition stickers and electronic shopping vouchers.

Performers

• Character Meet & Greet and Parade: Scheduled for Oct 17-19, 24-25, and 30-31, featuring appearances from urban legend characters.
• Good Job Brother: This local breakdance crew will perform their 'Fox' Mischief Party show on Oct 17 and 31.

Venue & Access

The event takes place at The Wai, 18 Che Kung Miu Road, Tai Wai. Visitors can travel via MTR to Tai Wai Station and use the direct connection to the mall.
