Visitors will have the chance to explore a vast array of artisanal flavors, ranging from authentic Italian classics to bold, avant-garde creations developed by world-class dessert chefs.

The market features over 30 festival-exclusive and debut flavors designed to redefine your perception of gelato. Explore a world of tastes, including Chinese sweet soup and tea-infused creations, alongside daring combinations such as wasabi peas, foie gras with brandy, truffle, caviar, and even pineapple bun-inspired crème brûlée. Highlights include:

• Kai’s Gourmet: Mascarpone gelato with extra virgin olive oil and prosciutto.
