Pre-order and Collection Details

This offer is exclusively available for pre-orders made via art-mate. Merchandise will also be available for sale at the concert venue, but the 10% discount does not apply to on-site purchases, and pre-ordered items cannot be collected at the venue.

Collection Schedule:

1. For orders placed before 3:00 PM on September 29, 2026: Collection available from October 2 to October 11, 2026.
2. For orders placed before 3:00 PM on October 6, 2026: Collection available from October 9 to October 11, 2026.

Terms and Conditions

• Customers must present their art-mate order confirmation email or QR code upon collection. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of delivery.
• Each discount code is for single use only and is limited to two items per code.
• All items must be collected by the end of business hours on October 11, 2026. Unclaimed items will be forfeited without refund, and no postage or delivery options are available.
• Merchandise is non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless there is a product defect. Please inspect your goods at the counter upon collection.
