Program Overview

Sound healing therapist Mon Ning invites you to a unique "Journey of Sound Healing." Designed to extend the festive blessings of the Kat O Da Chiu, this session uses the resonance of human vocals and the Shruti box to guide participants through a 30-minute deep listening experience. Surrounded by the gentle sea waves and breezes of Kat O, attendees are invited to find inner peace and strength in the embrace of nature. The Shruti box, known for its continuous, grounding drone, is the perfect tool for meditation. Accompanied by Mon Ning's guidance, this workshop provides a peaceful escape for busy city dwellers.

Important Notes

• Suitable for ages 5 and up.
• Participants must arrange their own transportation. Please note that if using the ferry from Sha Tau Kok to Kat O, you must apply for a "Closed Area Permit" at least five days in advance. Always check the ferry schedule as services can be subject to change.
• Ferry seats are limited; please arrive at the pier early to ensure boarding.
• Open only to Hong Kong residents holding a valid HKID.
• Please assess your own physical condition. The organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents during the event.
