Leading the takeover is Jonas Vittur, the Bar Director of Sora. The pop-up highlights three distinct cocktails, priced at HKD 320 for the full set:

1. Nihon Gimlet: A refreshing twist on the classic gin cocktail, featuring Widges London Dry Gin, lime, lemon leaves, and matcha.
2. Cherry Lady Punch: A sophisticated blend of Tried & True Vodka, Sakura, cherry liqueur, dark chocolate, and cashew milk.
3. Hokusai: A complex drink named after the legendary artist, mixing passion fruit, Widges Gin, sherry, genmaicha, and a pinch of Kampot pepper for a savory finish.
