OM SYSTEM X Drama Gallery: 'Life Freeze Frame' - Pre-show Reading & Photography Sharing Session

Overview

This "Life Freeze Frame" Pre-show Play Reading and Photography Sharing Session is a unique crossover event presented by Drama Gallery and OM SYSTEM. Taking place on October 24, 2026, at the InnoCentre in Kowloon Tong, the event explores the intersection of war, humanity, and the camera lens through a blend of theatre and visual arts.

Highlights

• Live Play Reading: Actors Liu Shuk-fun, Tang Wai-kit, and Chow Wai-keung will perform a 20-minute live reading, vividly capturing the emotional turbulence and conflicts faced by a war correspondent as depicted in "Life Freeze Frame."
• Interactive Moral Dilemma: The event goes beyond performance to become a social experiment. The audience will be invited to react to moral dilemmas posed by the narrative, followed by real-time analysis and discussion from the director, performers, and guest speakers.
• Side-stage Photography Philosophy: Renowned stage photographer Kit Chan will share his insights on capturing raw, unvarnished emotions from the side of the stage—a perspective invisible to the general audience—elucidating his unique photography aesthetic.
