The celebration is divided into two key segments:

1. Ghostly Pop-up Party: Kicking off on October 17 at the Retail Pavilion (Pavilion 1 & 2), this pop-up event features surprise performances by spooky characters, setting the tone for the season.
2. Kai Tak Sports Park Halloween Festival: Taking place from October 24-25 and October 30-31 at the Food Bay, this main festival blends horror-themed 'Hong Kong style' vibes with trendy music performances. Highlights include a Halloween market, artistic photo spots, live music, and a special pet-friendly Cosplay Catwalk event.
