Program Overview

The "Ming Shi Healing Sleep Concert" offers a revolutionary, immersive experience designed to provide a serene sanctuary from the stresses of urban life. As the first professional healing ensemble in the region to integrate piano, electronic music, and traditional ethnic instruments, Ming Shi brings together experts in music therapy to craft a multi-layered acoustic environment. Through cross-over musical arrangements, the performance acts as a gentle conduit for deep meditation and relaxation.

The performance is artistically structured as a journey through "Seven Stages of Dreams":

• Dream Stage 1: "Summer Fields": Guided by the sounds of a summer night, ushering the audience into meditation.
• Dream Stage 2: "Rain Thoughts": Evokes the tranquility of listening to rain in a pavilion, washing away daily anxieties.
• Dream Stage 3: "Solitude": Creates a private space for introspection.
• Dream Stage 4: "Flowing with Time": Time dissolves into a soft, drifting current.
• Dream Stage 5: "Mountain Stream": Invites deep breathing with the sound of babbling brooks.
• Dream Stage 6: "Cherishing Fate": Touches upon deep-seated, beautiful memories.
• Dream Stage 7: "Expectation": Concludes with the sounds of the ocean, gently waking the audience from the dream into reality.

Highlights

The concert's defining feature is the "listening while lying down" concept. To maximize comfort, the venue provides dedicated "Lying Seats" equipped with mattresses, pillows, and eye masks, encouraging the audience to achieve a state of complete physical and mental relaxation.

Ticketing & Venue Information

• Venue: Grand Theater, Guangming Culture and Art Center, Shenzhen (Intersection of Chuangtou Road and Guanguang Road).
• Duration: Approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.
• Admission Rules: Doors open 60 minutes before the performance. Punctual attendance is advised; latecomers must follow staff instructions for entry.
• Age Restrictions: Children aged 6 or above (with ID) or 1.2 meters in height are welcome; others are not permitted.
