It serves as more than just a musical performance; it is a self-care experience designed to help you de-clutter your mind, release stress, and restore inner equilibrium.

Program

Curated by "Mindful Living," the "Ethnomusic Meditation Journey" invites you to discover a sanctuary of calm within the hustle and bustle of city life. Instructor Kasey will introduce participants to several spiritual instruments, including:

  • Thumb Piano (Kalimba): Featuring a music-box-like melody that soothes the mind and removes worries.
  • Kantele: A traditional Nordic plucked instrument with bell-like tones that reach deep into the soul, helping to release emotions and relieve stress.
  • Rainstick: Mimics the soft sounds of flowing water or rainfall, helping the body and mind find immediate tranquility.

The session includes a music-meditation component and a sharing segment, allowing participants to achieve deep mental relaxation and recalibration through the frequency resonance of sound.

Led by instructor Kasey, this workshop invites you to embark on a gentle, auditory healing journey using these soulful, ethnic instruments.
