Highlights
The "i-Open Dance Platform" is a cornerstone of the i-Dance Festival (Hong Kong) 2026, designed to break boundaries and offer an inclusive exchange platform for the dance community. Whether you are an experienced choreographer, a theatre practitioner, or an emerging dancer, if you have a passion for dance and a desire to share your work, this stage is for you. We welcome all physical and performance artists to join us and explore the infinite possibilities of contemporary dance together.
Program Details
The platform features two core segments to provide a comprehensive artistic experience:
- i-Dance Showcase: Creators have 10 minutes to present excerpts of past works or new choreography, allowing them to fully demonstrate their skills and captivate the audience with powerful movement.
- i-Dance Speak: This is a moment for thought and dialogue. Also limited to 10 minutes, participants can share insights from their creative process, explain their artistic philosophy, or discuss the inspirations behind their choreography in an engaging exchange with the audience.
