This three-day exclusive event aims to deliver a unique 'dark' culinary experience, bringing an intense festive atmosphere to Tsuen Wan.

Program Overview

This market gathers 24 trendy local vendors, each unleashing their creativity to craft 'dark' themed delicacies. Using ingredients such as black sesame, truffle, caviar, edible charcoal, and OREO, the vendors have developed a series of surprising and visually striking dishes. From savory street food to intricately designed, spooky-themed desserts, this event is a must-visit for foodies looking to snap the perfect photo and indulge in seasonal treats.

Featured Highlights

• Warm Heart Sesame: A Michelin Bib Gourmand-recommended shop specializing in rich, aromatic black sesame desserts, including sesame paste, hard-pack ice cream, and sesame bricks.
• Pastry Time: Known for preserving vanishing Hong Kong pastry culture, they will present 'Ghostly Mixed-Sauce Black Sesame Rice Noodles' and colorful, stuffed glutinous rice balls.
• Cake For You: Masters of molecular gastronomy, offering creative treats like black sesame pound cake, molten mille-feuille, and black sesame egg waffles.
• Creative Halloween Sweets: The Cakeyhouse will showcase daring 'grave-themed' potted cakes; Sweetee_th presents adorable black cat and pumpkin-shaped macarons; and Morley Carviar Bar offers a shareable Halloween-themed gelato palette.

The event will be held at The Mills (CHAT, 1/F), located at 45 Pak Tin Par Street, Tsuen Wan. Visitors can easily reach the venue via MTR (Tsuen Wan or Tsuen Wan West stations), followed by a short walk or shuttle bus ride.
