Hosted by instructor Liu Xiaojiang, this workshop shares a unique set of exercises combining breath and vocal techniques to help participants explore their inner selves. Centered on listening and self-discovery, the session incorporates the instructor's personal experience with Overtone Singing. Starting from the fundamentals of breathing and vocalization, the workshop guides participants to explore the nuances of vowels and overtones, facilitating physical and mental relaxation and fostering a deeper connection with one's own body.
