Highlights
"Copresence beyond Time and Space" is a profound somatic workshop presented as part of the i-Dance Festival (HK) 2026. This activity aims to lead participants beyond traditional dance frameworks into a sensory exploration of "Copresence." Under professional guidance, participants will explore spontaneous body movement within a shared space, maintaining a keen perception of the "here and now" while experiencing the subtle connection between the body and its environment.
Workshop Content
This workshop is not merely a dance technique class but a journey of exploration through the dialogue between time and space. Participants will learn to:
- Sensory Co-existence: Explore the flow and perception of the body within a collective environment.
- Trans-Space Navigation: Learn how to freely navigate the boundaries of time and space mentally and sensory, within the constraints of the "present."
- Improvisational Practice: Discover the potential of the body through practical movement exercises.
The workshop is open to all who are interested in somatic exploration; no deep professional dance background is required. Friends with different levels of experience are welcome to join.
