No matter how much wealth, status, or relationships one possesses, life inevitably involves separations and losses. While we are taught to pursue and achieve from a young age, we are rarely taught how to navigate the experience of "losing."

Led by Mr. Leung Tsz-tun, Director of the Hong Kong Life and Death Studies Association, the workshop guides participants through interactive activities to prepare mentally and practically for inevitable life losses. The goal is to help participants reduce future regrets and approach life's transitions with greater composure.
About the Speaker
Mr. Leung Tsz-tun is the Director of the Hong Kong Life and Death Studies Association. He serves as the "Loss Education" consultant for the production "I Lost My Mobile Phone" and brings extensive experience in life education to help the public think positively about death and separation.
