Orienteering Fun Day @ Tsuen Wan

Overview

To commemorate the 65th anniversary of the establishment of Tsuen Wan New Town, the Tsuen Wan Youth Association and the Tsuen Wan District Youth Development and Civic Education Committee are joining forces to host the "Orienteering Fun Day." This event invites participants to explore Tsuen Wan—a community that has transformed from a traditional walled village and industrial powerhouse into a modern satellite city—through the lens of urban orienteering. It serves as both a sporting challenge and a vibrant gathering to celebrate the community's history and youth spirit.

Orienteering Competition

Designed for youths aged 12 to 29, the competition challenges participants to navigate the streets of Tsuen Wan, identify checkpoints, and complete tasks within a two-hour limit. Participants compete for prizes, including sports vouchers worth up to HK$2,000, with all finishers receiving a commemorative medal and certificate.

• Youth Group: 12–17 years old
