• Participants must be at least 12 years old.
• Attendees must have purchased a separate 'Forest Life Carnival' entry ticket to gain access to the venue.
• Since the venue is located in Sha Tau Kok, all participants are required to independently apply for a Sha Tau Kok Restricted Area Permit for the day of the event.

The assembly point for the event is at the Mui Tsz Lam Story House, Sha Tau Kok. Participants are strongly advised to plan their itinerary in advance and ensure they have their permits ready.
