Canopy Close-up: Tree Climbing Experience [Forest Life Festival 2026] (Early Bird)

Highlights

"Forest Life Festival 2026" is a significant outdoor celebration driven by the "Forest Village: Mui Tsz Lam and Kop Tong Sustainable Village Project." It invites the public to explore Sha Tau Kok and witness the fruitful outcomes of village revitalization. The "Canopy Close-up: Tree Climbing Experience" is a featured highlight, blending adventure, sport, and nature exploration. Participants are invited to challenge themselves, ascend into the canopy, and experience the forest from the perspective of birds, gaining a fresh connection with nature.

Program

This tree climbing experience is more than just a physical activity; it is a deep, immersive dialogue with the natural environment. Guided by a professional tree climbing team, participants will learn the necessary rope techniques to climb into the tree canopy. It is a rewarding process that integrates physical coordination, balance, and focus. By using their own strength to climb, participants can transform their perception of the forest and enjoy a unique, aerial view of the ecological and cultural landscape of Mui Tsz Lam.

Venue & Access

The meeting point for this activity is the "Mui Tsz Lam Story House" in Sha Tau Kok. Please be advised that as the location is within a restricted area, participants must apply for their own "Sha Tau Kok Closed Area Permit" online to enter. We recommend planning your itinerary in advance to ensure smooth access to the meeting point.
