Overview
The Tai Hang Fire Dragon Dance is one of Hong Kong's most iconic Mid-Autumn Festival traditions. Dating back to the 19th century, this practice began as a ritual by villagers to fend off plague and pray for peace and prosperity. Today, it stands as a prestigious National Intangible Cultural Heritage, recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China as an "Excellent Practice Case for Protection."

Venue & Access
The event takes place at Wun Sha Street in Tai Hang, Causeway Bay. To reach the venue, take the MTR to Tin Hau Station, Exit A1. After exiting, cross King's Road, turn right, walk to the second intersection, and turn left onto Tung Lo Wan Road. A 5-minute walk will lead you to the heart of the Tai Hang neighborhood.
