Welcome to "Aloha Summer! Creative Arts Camp," an immersive artistic experience specially designed for young performers aged 9-12. Under the guidance of instructor Lai Shin-fong, children will embark on an imaginative journey, bringing picture books to life on stage.

Program

This drama camp is more than just acting lessons; it is an exploration of growth and expression. We dive into the joy of storytelling daily, guiding children to transform creativity into vivid performances by analyzing character emotions, plot lines, and stage elements. The curriculum includes:

• Body and Voice Development: Through fun exercises, students train in movement control and vocal projection to effectively convey emotions.
• Confidence Building: Creative activities are designed to help students overcome stage fright and develop public speaking skills.
• Teamwork: Through collaborative creation, participants learn the importance of cooperation and the magic of collective storytelling.
• Final Presentations: At the end of each session, students will participate in a short sharing segment, allowing them to showcase their work and build confidence through peer support.

Venue & Access

The camp will be held at the 15th floor of the Hong Kong Arts Centre. We recommend participants and parents arrive early.
