Highlights

This is a 4-day creative journey specially crafted for young artists! Designed to cultivate coordination, creative expression, and bodily perception through sensory-rich experiences, this art camp invites children to unleash their imaginations under the guidance of professional instructors. No prior art experience is required—just an open, curious mind!

Program

The camp offers a diverse curriculum, focusing on a different artistic medium each day to help students experience art from various dimensions:

• July 28: Sand Art — Explore the unique texture and fluidity of sand, engaging tactile senses and improving hand-eye coordination.
• July 29: Creative Drama — Step onto the stage to learn body movement and storytelling, culminating in the creation of a unique picture book narrative.
• July 30: Chinese Ink Wash Painting — Dive into the aesthetic of splash-ink landscapes, learning to blend botanical and mineral pigments to capture movement within black-and-white ink work.
• July 31: Pottery — Master basic hand-building techniques, from molding and decorating to glazing, creating unique ceramic pieces with personal flair.

Instructors & Team

Hosted by the Hong Kong Arts Centre, the program features expert instruction from professional artists including Ma Wing-cheung (Ma Chai), Choi Yu-tin, Ho Wai-lam, and Lai Hoi-sai.

The camp takes place at the 15th Floor, Hong Kong Arts Centre, 2 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

• Course Fee: HK$3,290
• Early Bird Offer: 10% off until May 30; 5% off from June 1 to June 30.
