This year's event centers around the theme of "Sublimation" (昇華), promising an upgraded sensory experience for all attendees.

This year’s festival brings three major features that redefine the sake tasting experience:

• Elite Brewer Lineup: Over 20 legendary next-generation master brewers from 16 prefectures across Japan will be present. Engage directly with these artisans as they share the passion and innovation behind their craft.

• Creative Mixology: Renowned Japanese mixologists will be onsite to create innovative sake-based cocktails. Additionally, a popular Okinawan bar makes its debut, bringing a unique tropical flair to the selection.

• Heritage Venue: The event is hosted at the stunning FWD HOUSE 1881 in Tsim Sha Tsui. Guests can enjoy their drinks in an open-air garden surrounded by the rich history of this Victorian-era architectural landmark.
