Curated by instructor Lau Yin-yeung, this course is designed to guide students of all levels through the mysteries of oil painting. The curriculum covers a range of classical techniques including monochromatic underpainting, glazing, and texture treatment. Students will not only delve into the history of oil painting but also analyze the creative processes of contemporary artists, learning how to leverage observation and life experience to enhance their work. Whether you are a dedicated enthusiast seeking improvement or a beginner curious about the medium, this course offers a space for creative exploration.
