Program
The way we work with clay is constantly evolving, and 3D printing brings a fresh dynamic to the craft. This course will cover basic 3D software design skills and instruct students on preparing files for FDM printing. Students will learn to create unique, custom-made tools that can be applied to both hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques. No prior experience in 3D modeling is required; all that is needed is an interest in the intersection of technology and art.
